Terms of Service

Version 2.4 · last revised 3 March 2026 · s.atlas-help.online

1. Agreement

These terms govern access to Config Sync at s.atlas-help.online. Access is granted to an organisation, not to an individual: your right to use the service exists for as long as your organisation maintains an active workspace and keeps you enrolled in it.

2. Accounts

Credentials are personal and must not be shared. Notify your workspace administrator promptly if you believe an account or device has been compromised; administrators can terminate sessions and revoke tokens without waiting for us.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access workspaces, data or endpoints you were not granted.
  • Do not probe, load-test or reverse-engineer the service without written permission.
  • Do not use the service to distribute malware or to relay unlawful content.
  • Do not circumvent quotas, rate limits or audit controls.

4. Availability

We target 99.9 % monthly availability, measured at the service endpoint and excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 72 hours in advance. Service credits, where a workspace agreement provides for them, are the sole remedy for missed targets.

5. Customer data

Your organisation keeps all rights to the data it puts into the service. We process it only to operate the service, to comply with the law, or on the documented instruction of the workspace owner. We do not use it to train models.

6. Suspension

We may suspend an account or a workspace immediately where activity threatens the security or stability of the platform, and otherwise after notice and a reasonable period to fix the problem. We tell administrators why, and restore access once the cause is resolved.

7. Liability

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid by the workspace in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

A workspace may be closed at any time from the console. On closure, data is available for export for 30 days and is then deleted. Provisions on customer data, liability and confidentiality survive termination.

9. Enrollment tokens

Sync tokens authorise a device to receive configuration and must be treated as credentials. Tokens are single-use, expire after 24 hours, and can be revoked by an administrator at any time. A workspace is responsible for configuration it publishes to its own devices.

🔒 Workspace agreements may add terms negotiated with your organisation. Where they conflict with this page, the signed agreement prevails.
